About this hike
Kumadaniji, located on Fumyouzan in Awa, is one of the larger temples on the pilgrimage. It’s especially beautiful in spring when cherry blossoms bloom. The hike is about 5 km and takes 2.5 hours. We recommend this hike for its vibrant temple grounds and seasonal beauty.
