About this hike

Idoji, on Rurizan in Tokushima, is known as the “Well Temple” because it features a sacred well said to have been dug by Kobo Daishi himself. The hike here is about 4 km and takes 2 hours. We recommend this hike for its interesting legends and unique temple features.
