About this hike

Wright Peak is a steep and accessible summit in the MacIntyre Range, known for its rocky terrain and wide-open views. A popular add-on to Algonquin, it’s also famous for the wreckage of a 1962 B-47 bomber crash near the summit. It’s a quick but challenging peak with big rewards.
