Skylight is a broad, dome-like summit known for its tranquil beauty and wide-open summit views. Tucked away in the heart of the High Peaks, it's often paired with Mount Marcy for a challenging but scenic two-peak day hike. Tradition says carrying a rock to the summit brings good weather.
