Cliff Mountain
Adirondack Park, NY
About this hike
Cliff Mountain is notorious among 46ers for its steep, muddy herd path and tricky scrambles. The summit is mostly treed, but there are limited views through the canopy and along the ridge. Often combined with Redfield, it’s a grueling but satisfying challenge for determined hikers.
