Ke’e Beach to Hanakapi’ai

About this hike

This first section of the trail is the most accessible, popular for a day hike. Coastal vistas, steep lush valleys, and roaring surf greet hikers before they reach Hanakapi’ai Beach. The inland detour to the falls adds adventure through muddy jungle paths and river crossings, best avoided in rainy weather.
