Official A.T. Shelter. Between Saddle Btwn E & W Peaks of Baldpate and ME Hwy 26 and Side Trail to Campsite on the trail. Maintained by Maine Appalachian Trail Club. Trail mile 1905.67 measured on the NPS source centerline (about 2% short of ATC mileage; not an official milepost).
